Classroom management is a variable that plays an important role in creating a favorable atmosphere for teaching, teaching-learning. Classroom management is one of the major concerns of teachers, especially novice teachers. Every teacher likes to have a regular class, but some are unfamiliar with the principles of classroom management and the impact it can have on student learning. Therefore, recognizing the factors affecting effective classroom management styles is important as a prerequisite in designing methods for developing management styles and skills. In this article, I try to look at the correct classroom management strategies and classroom management styles, including interactive style, interventionist, etc., as well as the effects that classroom management (physical design of the classroom environment and teacher control, etc.) on learning. Students will leave, as well as effective factors in improving classroom management. The research method is a descriptive review that is done in a library style, using previous sources and with phishing tools, through the analysis of relevant sources in this field, including books, articles.Related Library and Database Library Documents and Resource Analysis. Research articles have been collected. By learning strategies and learning styles, teachers provide the necessary contexts for the growth and flourishing of students' talents. |
