The Impact of Informal Communications on Satisfaction of Teacher-Student Discourse (Case Study at University Technology of Malaysia (UTM)

Today’s environment is global and very complex, and the association between informal communications with satisfaction in establishments of Malaysia remains an important area of worry for teacher-student discourse' globally. Informal communication is a crucial factor for teacher-student discourse's performance and growth. Informal communication plays an important role on satisfaction of today’s competitive organizations. The paper is undertaken to demonstrate the relationship between communications especially informal communication to enhance satisfaction among teacher-student discourse. Data {N = 82} for this study were collected through questionnaires that participants were teachers at University Technology of Malaysia (UTM). The methods for data collection were library, Field study, and assessment through Questionnaires. The validity of the research was approved by content, and structure and facial method and measurement permanency through method of Cronbakh' Alpha 5 by (5.9560). The assessment hypotheses of the research were analysed by the formulas and were analysed via Kendall's coefficient of concordance, and Analysis of Variance Kroskal Walice. Informal communication in this paper can be classified into face-to-face skills, cluster skills, phone skills, and gossipy skill. The researcher in current paper concluded that informal communication has a significant relationship with satisfaction of teacher-student discourse.
