چکیده مقاله |
Cooperative Learning (CL) is a teaching method in which small teams of students with different abilities and levels work together. In each group, a small number of students work together to achieve a specific goal. Each student takes over a skill, and the end result depends on the efforts of each member of the group. In the Direct Instruction (DI) method, the teacher transfers information to the students by talking, and the students listen. DI is based on large-group oriented. The aim of this research was to compare the teaching methods of CL and DI on teaching-learning and measuring the application of these methods in the classroom. This research is a qualitative study of the library type that based on reputable sites, backgrounds of articles, books and educational videos, by comparing the how to use, dangers, advantages and disadvantages of these two methods, we have come to the conclusion that according to the needs of today's students and their desire for more activities and the importance of group participation, CL is more suitable for teaching in classrooms. Although the direct instruction method is a pervasive and popular method, it can be used as a supplement to the first method. |
